1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup paprika
2 tablespoons garlic salt
2 tablespoons onion salt
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons white pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
For the wrap:
1 cup pure Pineapple juice
1/2 cup pure Grape juice
1/2 cup pure Apple juice
(Enough for three racks)
Glaze:
2/3 Cup Sweet Baby Ray’s
1/3 Cup Honey
1-2 T foil drippings
