Silly Bubba’s Championship Rub

  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup paprika

  • 2 tablespoons garlic salt

  • 2 tablespoons onion salt

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder

  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

  • 1 tablespoon black pepper

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons white pepper

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

For the wrap:

  • 1 cup pure Pineapple juice

  • 1/2 cup pure Grape juice

  • 1/2 cup pure Apple juice

  • (Enough for three racks)

Glaze:

  • 2/3 Cup Sweet Baby Ray’s

  • 1/3 Cup Honey

  • 1-2 T foil drippings
